So I have been thinking about publishing an ebook on transitioning into the rawtill4 lifestyle. This would be an example two weeks of my life transitioning from a typical American diet into a healthier lifestyle. I think it would be a great idea for beginners because it will contain recipes for each meal every day and shopping lists.

Banana ice cream w/raw brownie bites and chocolate drizzle! The ice cream is just 4 bananas and a little almond milk. Raw brownies: process 1 cup pecans. Add 1 cup dates and process. Then add 5 T cocoa powder, 4 T shredded coconut, 1T agave/honey, and 1/4 t salt. Process until combined, press into a pan and chill about an hour (or eat right away ☺️). Syrup: equal parts cocoa powder/agave/coconut oil.
